Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Client and Party SHALL NOT be allowed to Check-In or Utilize the property unless they comply with all the requirements stated by The Management either before or at the time of Check-In. If Check-In and/or Utilization of the property is denied for reasons of non-compliance of any of these requirements, NO refund against payments made by the Client or Compensation of any other kind or of whatsoever nature or amount shall be due to Client or claimable by Client or payable by The Management;
As required by appropriate authorities, every adult in Party, coming in the property is MANDATORY required to provide verifiable copies of government issued photo IDs, along with original photo IDs for verification, at the time of or before Check-In. It shall be sole responsibility of Client and Party to carry photocopies of their photo IDs of entire Party with them, as the property does not have photo copying facilities.
Client maybe required to sign in and enter Name, address and other details of EVERY member of Party, including children, in the Client Register kept at the property. If the information and profile provided by The Management are found to be misrepresentation or false in any way whatsoever at any time whatsoever, then The Management may forthwith revoke the Booking, Client shall be refused entry to the property and if Client and Party has already Checked-In, removed / evicted from the property by The Management and/or their agents without any recourse whatsoever to refund of Deposits paid by Client or payment compensation of any kind or nature or on any account whatsoever by anyone concerned.
Total Number of Persons in Client's Party and/or total number of persons at Villa / Property, including Client's Visitors, shall NOT exceed numbers stated against 'Total Number of Person in Client's booking stated prior to the arrival. If number of Persons at Villa / Property, including Visitors, exceed number stated against 'Total Number of Persons in Client's Party.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to bed/room availability on the relevant day, to be reconfirmed with the Front Office staff.
Rooms not occupied by 22:00 hours will be seen as No-Show, unless prior arrangement has been made.
A full room rate will be chargeable for check-in at 07:00 hours or check-out after 15:00 hours. It is mandatory for all guests to produce a valid identity document upon check- in; for foreign guests a valid passport and for domestic guests a valid identity card shall be accepted as proof of identity.
Guests checking into the hotel must be at least 18 years of age. Upon check-in, all guests must register trough a guest registration form.
Please note that any change in the guest’s reservation may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees.

Damage Security Deposit
When checking into our property, the guest is obliged to provide a security deposit for damages and/or outstanding expenses. The security deposit may be guaranteed by a bank transfer or paid in cash by the guest and may amount to upto 100% of the accommodation costs.
The stated amount of the security deposit is used only as insurance for damages and/or outstanding expenses incurred by the guest during the stay at the hotel, excluding accommodation costs.
The security deposit is refunded to the guest upon checking out of our property after the condition of the room has been inspected in case no damages have been incurred and/or all expenses incurred by the guest during the stay at the hotel, excluding accommodation costs, have been settled.
The Management reserves the right to charge the amount of damages and/or other expenses incurred by the guest during the stay at the hotel, if the amount of damages and/or costs incurred exceeds the amount guaranteed or paid by the guest on the basis of the security deposit

Our Smoking Policy
We often host guests with children and request you to refrain from smoking indoors. Smoking is strictly not allowed in the public areas of the property. Loads of outdoor spaces are available for the same. Use an ashtray for your stubs.

Reservation Policy
- Pre-payment required at the time of booking (non refundable) – 40% of the full reservation amount
- Upto 7 days prior to reservation date (non refundable) – 60% of the full reservation amount
Cancellation & Modifications Policy
All Cancellation & Modification are granted at the discretion of the Management only & subject to change without prior intimation and advance received: For Peak Season, all reservation payments are non-refundable only. The definition of the Peak Season period will be determined by the unilateral decision of the Management.

- Appropriate swimwear is expected before entering the swimming pool;
- Entertaining guests without a valid reservation is strictly prohibited;
- Smoking & consuming alcohol is strictly not allowed in the public areas of the property;
- Illegal items of any kind are not welcome in our property grounds;
- Pets & children should not be left unattended by their custodian;
- The management at their discretion reserves the right of entry.
